AGN888 Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with AGN888, accessing our platform, or using any of the services we offer, you agree to be bound by all Terms & Conditions set out in this document. Please read this document in full carefully before proceeding with registration.

These AGN888 Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and AGN888 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the AGN888 platform.

2 Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the AGN888 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
• Resident in Malaysia or accessing the platform from Malaysia.
• Not legally prohibited from using online betting services under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Never had an AGN888 account previously closed due to a terms violation.
• Register under your own name — not on behalf of another person or a company.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

AGN888 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 7 business days will result in a temporary account suspension until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

Each player is only permitted one (1) active account at AGN888. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, different phone numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and current information, including:

• Your full name as it appears on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport.
• An active Malaysian phone number capable of receiving OTP.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification.

Information provided during registration must match the details on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals. AGN888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents — such as a photo ID, bank statement, or proof of address — when required for verification or security purposes.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. AGN888 will not be held liable for any activity that occurs in your account as a result of negligence in safeguarding your login information.

4 Deposit & Payment

AGN888 accepts deposits via approved Malaysian payment methods only. The accepted payment methods are as follows:

All deposits must be made using an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. AGN888 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unverifiable source, AGN888 reserves the right to return the funds and suspend the account in question pending investigation.

5 Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your AGN888 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM20 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a Malaysian bank account or Malaysian e-wallet registered in the member's name — the name must match the AGN888 account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 11 PM are typically processed within 1 to 2 hours.
• Prior to your first withdrawal, full account verification may be required, including phone number and full name verification.
• If bonus funds have been received, the associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• AGN888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 in a single day.

AGN888 does not charge any processing fees for withdrawals. However, your financial institution or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, which are beyond AGN888's control.

6 Bonus & Promotions Terms

All promotions and bonuses offered by AGN888 are subject to the specific terms stated on the respective promotions page. The general terms applicable to all AGN888 bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member, per promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering (rollover) requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, coordinating bets with other players, or excessive hedging — may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.
• AGN888 reserves the right to cancel or modify the terms of any promotion with 24 hours' notice, except in cases of active fraud where immediate action may be taken.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Sports Betting at AGN888 — covering football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (Malaysia Open, BWF World Tour, Thomas Cup), esports, and other sports — is subject to the following rules:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled once a match has started, except in cases of clear technical error.
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be fully refunded, unless the match is rescheduled within 36 hours of the original kick-off time.
• For matches abandoned before completion, settlement rules depend on how much playing time has elapsed — as specified in the rules of the relevant sport.
• In the event of an obvious odds error (e.g., odds of 100.00 on a clear favourite), AGN888 reserves the right to void the affected bets with a full refund.
• In-play betting is subject to market suspension during technical delays or incidents occurring within the match.
• The maximum bet limit for each market is as displayed in the system — these limits are subject to change depending on the type of match and market conditions.

AGN888 uses sports data from licensed and recognised data providers. Any disputes regarding match results will be resolved based on the official decisions of the relevant sports governing body (e.g. BWF for badminton, FIFA for football).

8 Casino & Game Rules

Use of the Live Casino, slots, and other game sections on AGN888 is subject to the following conditions:

• All casino games on AGN888 are provided by licensed third-party suppliers. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is independently audited.
• The RTP (Return to Player) for each slot can be checked in the game information. AGN888 does not alter or adjust RTP values from those set by the provider.
• Any technical disruption during a casino game will be resolved based on valid system logs. If a game cannot be completed due to an AGN888 system failure, the wager will be refunded in full.

• Exploiting technical errors or system bugs to gain unauthorised advantage.

AGN888 cooperates fully with relevant authorities where there is evidence of criminal activity or fraud involving our platform.

10 Liability Limits

AGN888 shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses incurred as a result of betting or game outcomes.
• Service disruptions resulting from pre-announced system maintenance.
• Damage or loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, even if AGN888 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

AGN888's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the account balance held by that member at the time the claim is made.

11 Account Closure

An AGN888 account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Voluntary Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned once all wagering requirements have been met.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a temporary break lasting anywhere from 24 hours to 6 months through the responsible gaming feature in your account.
• Closure by AGN888: We reserve the right to close or suspend any account that violates any part of these Terms & Conditions. In cases of serious violations such as fraud, the account balance may be forfeited.

12 Responsible Gaming
